Personal Trainer - Private Members Club dedicated to Wellness - Moreton-in-Marsh

Exciting opportunity for a personal trainer to join an experienced fitness team at a private members club dedicated to Wellness based in the heart of Cotswolds.,

• Conduct and lead daily fitness classes for members, contribute to create new and evolve existing class timetable.
• Complete gym inductions and consultation processes with new & existing members.
• Drive member participation in class attendance and overall gym use.
• Build successful relationships with members, to drive paid PT sales, while creating a 360 degree fitness journey for your clients.
• Understand and drive further service sales, such as cryotherapy and red light therapy.
• Maintain high standards throughout the gym, including daily cleaning schedules and equipment checks.
• Support wider Club team in daily operations when required.
  
  Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent timekeeping is essential to ensure sessions start and end on time and to maintain a reliable schedule.
• The ability and confidence to build strong member relations are necessary to create a supportive and motivating environment for clients.
• Teamwork is crucial to collaborate with other trainers and staff to provide the best experience for members.
• Exceptional customer service is expected to address client concerns, provide assistance, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  
  The club offers a luxury members wellness experience. The fitness team are at the heart of this, in creating journeys for members through classes, PT sessions and transformation packages.
Competitive base salary and commission structure.(Personal training delivered on shift and classes paid on shift) SALARY: 24000 + PT and Class commission HOURS: Full Time,
