Full Job Description
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to post-16 students.
- Plan and prepare course materials in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required., In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, as a part of our recruitment process, we will carry out an online search on shortlisted candidates to identify any comment, image or other content that could cause reputational damage to the trust and/or give rise to a safeguarding concern. If we discover anything during our searches this will be passed onto the recruitment manager and discussed during interview.
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent desirable but not essential
- Experience teaching post-16 subjects is preferred but not essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
