Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join the Personalisation Team within the Clinical Quality and Personalisation Directorate. This is a secondment opportunity for 12 months whilst the substantive post holder is on maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts related to personalised care services, ensuring high standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction. The role will require excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders and partner organisations., + Analyse and interpret complex data such as contract activity, demand and capacity data, finance or performance data, present findings and produce reports to query variances or anomalies, inform planning decisions, or manage provider performance.
+ Be responsible for the management of the contracts including quality and performance.
+ Lead on the Personalisation team's efficiency and financial planning.
+ Support the development and implementation of work plans.
+ Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
+ Provide and receive highly complex information about initiatives, contracts, and services through a variety of mediums, including reports, briefing papers, workshops, and meetings.
+ Build relationships and influence across the Directorate and with other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
+ Motivate and influence staff and stakeholders to engage and complete actions related to the successful delivery of projects, initiatives, contracts, or services.

You will have a base at Glenfield to attend as and when required but for the majority of the time you will be able to work from home. It will be expected that you have a basic homeworking set up in your home to meet the needs of the role i.e. desk/chair.
