Fitch Solutions' BMI Pharmaceutical Industry division requires a Pharmaceutical Industry Analyst for our London office. What We Offer:

  • Deliver at pace: deliver timely views and forecasts which help BMI's clients navigate commercial opportunity and risk in pharmaceutical markets.
  • Deliver research excellence: research, generate and share views on geographic markets and regions, presenting your views in a range of formats from written analysis to 10-year data forecasts and presentations.
  • Seek and support continuing professional development: constructively challenge and debate your colleagues' views and have your views challenged and debated.
  • Continually deepen your knowledge of macroeconomics, political risk and wider sector risk to strengthen and inform your pharmaceutical sector views.

    Relevant experience: research and analytical experience which enables you to demonstrate thorough understanding of core principles and trends within the pharmaceutical market.
  • Educational background: BSc/MA/MSc/PhD degree in life sciences or equivalent experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare, commercial research and analysis.
  • Passion for economics or politics and their impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication, strong numeracy, comfortable presenting to a range of audiences.
  • Data analysis: experienced in interpreting, manipulating and visualising data to find insight from large datasets.
  • Time management: skills to manage time pressure and meet deadlines.
