Full Job Description

Four Marks Pharmacy in Four Marks, Alton is a medium sized pharmacy that is at the centre of the community. The pharmacy team work closely with the GP practices to provide seamless healthcare to the local community.

We are passionate about patient care and are looking for like-minded pharmacists who share our appetite to develop and deliver pharmacy services, utilising the clinical skills of pharmacists with the support of our trained pharmacy teams.

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will not only be able to use your skills to develop and build the business, but also use your clinical knowledge to drive patient care. Whether you are new to management, or have experience, this could be the right opportunity for you and join our team, where you will receive training, support and development in your career.

We run a structured Pharmacy Foundation Training programme, and you will be given the opportunity to become a tutor and support the next generation of pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & support the pharmacy team
Ensure safe and efficient provision of pharmacy service
Deliver agreed KPIs & develop the pharmacy business
Pro-actively engage with and provide NHS & private pharmacy services such as Hypertension Case Finding, Pharmacy First, NMS, Travel Vaccinations
Support all dispensing processes including MDS and Care Homes to ensure safe and efficient pharmacy service
Oversee & develop OTC offering
Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures
Support with staff training and development
Pharmacy opening/closing
Staff management and development
Engage in mandatory CPD & attend training events

Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Good understanding of Community Pharmacy and it's framework
Post Qualification Management Experience - _ Not Essential _

Full Time Permanent
Monday - Friday
