Pharmacy Assistant

Please refer to the attached job description for full duties of the role. To participate in rotas including covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays where necessary. To undertake other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the service as directed by the Chief Pharmacist. To process requisitions for hospital units and clinic To produce appropriate documentation and consignment notes to send with goods. To participate in ward top-up and other duties as necessary.
