Full Job Description

You will be working as part of a team responsible for delivering pharmacy services to our community hospitals, mental health inpatient wards, mental health community teams and specialised clinical services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We provide a range of experience throughout our Trust to develop your potential in our skilled, innovative, and caring team. You will work with a diverse range of staff and patients, so must be able to work collaboratively to deliver the highest quality of care. It is vital that you can put patient care at the heart of your work to improve healthcare outcomes and service delivery., As a pharmacy assistant, you will be part of the team, working within stores (procurement) and the dispensary to deliver a comprehensive pharmacy and medicines management service to all sites within the Trust

You will be required to work independently and as part of a team and must be able to travel throughout the Trust.

We run community hospitals and community health services across Worcestershire and provide mental health and learning disability services across both Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The post is a 35 h Band 2/3 post over 5 days a week. Currently there are no weekend duties, bank holiday working or late nights. You may be expected to work some Saturday mornings in the future. This role requires you to have current right to work in the UK which enables you to undertake the role without need of sponsorship.
