Pharmacy Branch Supervisor

Weldricks Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity for customer focussed individuals to join our growing team as a Pharmacy Branch Supervisor at our Conisbrough Church Street branch. This role is for 32 hours per week working days are Tuesday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Tuesday 9.00am to 4.30pm, Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch each day. You will be required to work Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday on a 1 in 4 rota, with agreed time off during the week when working a Saturday. What will you be doing? Reporting into the Pharmacy Manager, our new Branch Supervisor be responsible for the effective supervision of branch colleagues liaising with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. You will be required to ensure the content of the Branch Procedures Manual, DPBM and SOP's are strictly adhered to at all times, and that branch colleagues are trained to company standards. You will also be required to ensure retail activity is monitored and every opportunity to increase sales and maintain costs is acted upon without delay., We are passionate about our people and believe in career development.
