Pharmacy Dispensary Manager

Main duties of the job: The Dispensary Manager will be expected to coordinate the team and support the delivery of an excellent service to our dispensing patients, by: Ensuring the service meets the DSQS standards; Completing the monthly, quarterly and annual dispensary returns, running searches on the practice clinical system and completing the necessary audits; Developing, reviewing and improving standard operating procedures, and policies; Managing the day-to-day running of a team of 9, including rotas and performance. Maintaining stocks, ensuring profitability and business sustainability, regularly reviewing drug supplier deals and offers and change procurement where needed to ensure value for money.
