Full Job Description

The Pharmacy Informatics Officer will be a Pharmacy Technician assisting with data reporting and associated tasks, and aiding with the operation, maintenance, and administration of the multiple pharmacy computer systems, software and hardware used across all sites. Additionally, the post holder will maintain their Pharmacy Technician competencies by contributing to the 7-day rota within the dispensary at Denmark Hill and providing additional support where appropriate during busy periods. Based primarily at Denmark Hill with regular cross-site work required at other Kings sites, duties may include, but are not limited to the below., Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring that data quality remains high at all times, and communicating any data quality issues to senior staff.

Support the design, development and implementation of data validation and quality assurance systems and methodologies, ensuring the integrity of data systems and reporting produced by the service.

Work collaboratively with pharmacy teams to help develop and refine performance scorecards and dashboards.

Manage and maintain registers of assets and asset locations.
