  • End-to-End Process Management: Design, develop, and execute business processes, ensuring alignment with LPCH's strategic priorities.
  • Process Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and enhance current and future state process maps, guidelines, and SOPs to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Tracking and Risk Mitigation: Define, own, and report on process KPIs while identifying and addressing risks through effective actions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert in your area, using your knowledge to influence strategic direction and improve business effectiveness.
  • Testing and Change Management: Oversee functional testing, validation, and change initiatives, ensuring business needs are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across LPCH to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and secure buy-in for process changes and improvements.

    We are looking for a proactive leader with a proven ability to deliver excellence in process management and a strong understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience the specific industry and functional area; with a strong understanding of key business processes, best practices, and challenges specific to the function
  • Experience in managing or being part of large-scale projects, particularly those involving IT and business process transformations
  • Experience in training, coaching, mentoring , facilitating workshops and providing user support for new tools and processes
  • Ability in managing and communicating with stakeholders at various levels, from front-line colleagues to executives
  • Knowledge of tools, methods, and best practices for capturing and documenting functional requirements
  • Understanding of functional testing processes, validation techniques, and quality assurance
  • Experienced of managing, communicating and implementing functional change and improvements
  • Ability to dissect complex problems, identify root causes, and suggest viable solutions
  • Skill in conveying ideas, updates, and requirements in a clear and compelling manner (meetings, written communications, presentations)
  • Being open to change and demonstrating flexibility when faced with new information or shifting priorities
  • Proven track record of personal and professional development, staying updated with industry trends and SME knowledge
