Full Job Description

  • To participate in the provision of stock and non-stock items to wards and departments including the provision of topping up and a range of medicines management duties.
  • To support the use of ward automation systems in the control of stock held at ward level.
  • To ensure that data entry into pharmacy computer systems is accurate and timely.
  • To process orders for medicines under the terms of the site Wholesale dealers license in accordance with relevant SOPs.
  • To carry out general stock management duties in all areas of the pharmacy including receipt of goods, transfers, stock counts, stock rotation and investigation of stock discrepancies when necessary.
  • To undertake relevant training as required.

    LPT is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Stores Assistant to join our fast-paced stores team. Experience in pharmacy or logistics is essential for this role, and well provide full training to support your success.
