Full Job Description

The post holder will use their technical knowledge to understand, support and improve the medicines related workflows in the practice as part of a multidisciplinary team. The post holder will support our in house prescription hub, supporting development and implementation of practice prescribing initiatives. Play a part in medicines optimisation programmes, the facilitation of accurate and timely monitoring systems. Will be responsible for the reporting of performance monitoring targets and indicators related to medicines optimisation initiatives. They will offer support and advice on the running of the Dispensary services at our Wotter site.
