Full Job Description
To provide quality, effective pharmacy services to improve patient care within inpatient and community mental health settings.
To promote further development of the pharmacy technician's role within the Trust.
to work as an accuracy checking pharmacy technician ensuring that our patients receive the correct medication in a timely manner
To train and supervise rotating/ new/ student staff
To work with the team to ensure medication stocks are maintained and delivered at the correct times to he correct places., 1. Routine dispensing and checking of medication including complex compliance aids, controlled drugs , Clozapine and Clinical trials
2. Due to an internal promotion we have a fix term post based at our Prestwich to work in our on site dispensary mainly covering our accuracy checking bench, Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8pm and before 6am
