Are you experienced in Procurement and Distribution services, ideally in NHS Hospital pharmacies and looking to lead the service? An opportunity has arisen for the post as the Technician Lead for Procurement and Distribution Services at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS trust.
Working with the Chief Pharmacy Technician and equivalents in Dispensary and Aseptics you will be leading your service to deliver excellence in quality, performance and patient care.
With an established team of technicians and assistants in place we need your commitment and focus to ensure we manage medicines effectively, procure at best value to the NHS and implement changes to improve how we work., Ensure safe and high quality care
Leadership for Procurement and distribution services and acting as a senior departmental manager.
Ensure that appropriate training, stock management and safe staffing levels are in place within service responsibilities.
Ensure that we are operating legally and safely in line with the MHRA requirements for holders of a Wholesale Dealers license.
Deputise for and support the Chief Pharmacy Technician in the overall management and delivery of Pharmacy Services., This post has a wide range of responsibilities and will require good communication with other Pharmacy service leads and networks for stakeholders within the wider Trust and commercial clients of our Wholesale supply chain.
