Full Job Description

Support and Enhance our PhD Programme,

  • Contribute to the development of operational plans for the delivery of the PhD Programme
  • Work closely with Faculty Coordinators, managing progress requirements for all PhD students
  • Manage operational and Trans-Atlantic Doctoral Conference budgets, as well as assist students with external grant applications
  • Ensure an impeccable student experience, monitoring progress milestones, the examination process, pastoral care and student facilities
  • Take control of applications and admissions, issuing Certificates of Sponsorship and handling visa issues

    We are looking for a motivated PhD Programme Manager to join our forward-thinking Research and Faculty Office. You'll manage the student life cycle from admission to graduation and deliver a high quality student experience. Help us continually enhance the quality of applications, and onboard the best new talent to take us into the future., Previous experience working in a Higher Education environment
  • Student facing experience desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Able to work with a variety of software and databases
  • Sound project management skills
