Full Job Description

As our Philanthropy Manager, you will build strong relationships with high-value donors, secure significant multi-year gifts, and collaborate with senior volunteers to drive our mission forward. With a personal income target of £500k+ per year, your efforts will directly contribute to raising £150m over five years, providing young people with the financial and practical support they need to thrive.
