Phlebotomist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Outpatients department. To provide a Phlebotomy service within the Main Outpatients Department at the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton. This will provide a service to cover clinics and drop-in requirements of patients within our locality., Successful candidate will need to:

• Draw samples as per best practice standards


• To positively identify the patients as per trust policy


• Adhere to standards of infection prevention and control


• Transport samples safely to the laboratories


• Two days per week working off site within local GP practices
