The University Hospital of North Midlands, Mid Cheshire and East Cheshire NHS Trusts are working collaboratively to form a Pathology network (NMCPS) in line with a NHSI directive., We are the specialist centre for major trauma for the North Midlands and North Wales. We have put together a wide range of development packages aimed at ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. We are looking for a confident and well-presented individual to join our phlebotomy team. The collection of quality blood samples from patients is a vital stage in many medical investigations. The successful applicant must enjoy working with people and possess good communication skills., Full training will be given to the successful applicant - no previous experience is requiredWe offer a phlebotomy service in a range of locations across North Midlands including Royal Stoke and County Hospitals, ward based, community walk-in centres and community appointment based clinics. Attention to detail is important along with basic keyboard skills and applicants should enjoy the challenge of working in a fast pace patient environment.The successful applicant will be based at COUNTY HOSPITAL working primarily on the wards. You will also be required to work at community clinics and the phlebotomy suite within the Out Patients Department at County Hospital
