Full Job Description
The Pathology Phlebotomy team is offering an exiting opportunity to join our expanding team as a Phlebotomy team leader.
Based at University hospitals Southampton, you will provide supervisory oversight to our Phlebotomy team in both our outpatient service and ward based service on a potential rotational basis in both footprints for service reliance and flexibility.

Our outpatient service runs Monday to Friday but our inpatient service runs 24/7 but as team leader resource is limited likely shift patterns will be between 0730-2000.
Candidates will be working in a team of 3 team leaders covering potentially covering Monday to Sunday with a potential range of shift options.
