Full Job Description

The postholder will provide professional leadership and management for Physical Education to secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. The core focus of the role is to enable progress and achievement for all, within an atmosphere in which students feel challenged, valued and secure., We are looking for a colleague who: - Is a skilled, versatile and hardworking PE Subject Lead teacher with a passion for delivering an excellent Sports and PE provision to students across Years 7 to 13. - Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation - Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation. - Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider Creatives Faculty team., In return, you will get: - The chance to work in a highly successful and positive Sports and PE Team which achieves excellent results - The opportunity to work with colleagues from across a diverse and growing Trust - A professionally stimulating and collaborative working environment in a school that prioritises staff well-being, support and professional development.
