Within the Erewash Adult Community Mental Health Team, we believe supporting colleagues to meet their maximum potential is essential to providing great care.
It is an exciting time to join our service and be a part of the transformation of our community services in line with the Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults, called Living Well., The post holder will be expected to deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This individual should have a positive attitude and behaviours in keeping with the Trust Values.
As a Nursing Associate or Physical Health Practitioner within the team you will work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of an individual in our care.
You will carry our specific delegated clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or other registered care professionals .
You will be supported by the MDT and have regular Managerial and Clinical Supervision to ensure learning and development.
We would ideally seek someone who would be willing to support with the ruining of our Depot clinics being involved in the daily activity and development of these services.

The successful candidate can expect to work within a friendly, professional and committed team, receive regular supervision and have training opportunities in order to meet their professional registration.
