Full Job Description

We are looking for a positive, proactive and enthusiastic person to work across both chronic disease management and urgent care to supporting the team with delivering venepuncture often in challenging circumstances or environments. They will also to deliver health promotion to our patients and facilitate specialist consultant and nurse led clinics. They will be required to undertake recording of NEWS2 observations and ECG's.

The post holder must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide high standards of patient care.

The hours of service are currently 08:00 - 16:00h Mon-Fri, but there is a possibility of change to a 7 day service 8-8. Long days will be considered to accommodate a flexible working agreement.
