Meadowbrook inpatient services have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse to lead our Physical Healthcare team.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to lead the Physical Health Team within Meadowbrook Unit. You will be joining our dynamic team in delivering the Physical Healthcare agenda and working to develop services to improve the health and wellbeing of our service users.

The successful applicant will provide clinical and line management supervision to members of the team.You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both inpatient and community teams. An ability to work flexibly within a broad network of people is essential.You will represent the Meadowbrook Unit within Trust forums and determine how both Trust and National physical healthcare initiatives will be implemented locally.
