Full Job Description
Our new staff and Early Career Teacher (ECT) programmes are tailored to individual needs, offering mentorship, shadowing opportunities and exposure to diverse school roles. As the local cluster lead for ECT training in partnership with UCL, we provide dedicated weekly mentor meetings and at least three professional development sessions each half term.
We have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning in our popular and expanding Physically Disabled Resource (PDR). The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to help meet the needs of individual pupils, allowing them to make rapid and sustained progress in all areas of their development. Salary Range: B2-C5 depending on experience Hours: 27.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday), plus 3 occasional days Working Hours: 9am-3:30pm.
