Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective physics lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.
Develop and implement schemes of work, lesson plans, and educational activities that cater to the varying needs and abilities of students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
Maintain an organised and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
Contribute to the pastoral care and well-being of students.
Stay up-to-date with developments in physics education and continue professional development.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Physics or a related field.
Proven experience teaching physics at secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
