Full Job Description
- Be responsible for a varied caseload of trauma, including spinal cord injured patient and complex multi-trauma.
- Be responsible for the supervision & appraisal of rotational staff and students.
- Have support and supervision from an experienced Team Leader, Clinical Lead and Principal Physiotherapist
- Attend MDT trauma meetings weekly.
- Contribute to the in-service training programme.
- Contribute to service audit.
- Participate in specific orthopaedic senior in-service training with the other orthopaedic band 6s, band 7s and 8a. This programme is designed to challenge and improve your knowledge and clinical reasoning whilst improving your presenting skills.
