Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapists in to the organisation. Whether you are a newly qualified Physiotherapist looking for your first role, or a more experienced Band 5 looking to develop your skills further…. look no further we have something for everyone!
Our Junior Rotational Programme is versatile and varied, with 6 monthly rotations in a wide range of settings, including acute experience and with designated supervision, developmental support and in-service training. In addition to this we offer band 5 specific training programmes. We ensure that you are fully supported to achieve your aspirations and developmental goals, to give you the best experience at the start of your career. The rotations are diverse across the county; however, we are flexible in terms of base, and choice and take an individualistic approach to all our staff.
The rotations include:
1. Neuro-rehabilitation & Elderly Rehabilitation (Inpatients, Isebrook Hospital, Wellingborough)
2. Paediatrics (Outpatients/Inpatients St Mary's Hospital & Kettering General Hospital, Kettering)
3. Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (Multiple Countywide Outpatient Bases)
4. Intermediate Care Team (ICT) (West Northamptonshire)
5. Northampton General Hospital (acute inpatient rotation), Applications will be transferred to the TRAC system, by completing an application you are giving authorisation for the transfer of your data. In submitting an application form, you authorise us to confirm any previous NHS service details via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) process. Including factual reference, occupational health clearance and statutory and mandatory training records

Please note if a DBS is applicable for the position then a charge will be deducted from your first salary or upfront cost if a staff bank position.

The successful applicants will be flexible and adaptable, being able to respond to need at short notice if required. You will be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and ready to learn and develop both your clinical and leadership skills and attributes.
To be considered for this role you must:
+ Have relevant experience (including as a student)
+ Have HCPC registration & relevant degree/qualification in Physiotherapy
