Full Job Description

  • Asa leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experiencealigned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community& Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration &Innovative
  • Execute precise and aestheticallypleasing piercings, ensuring the customer's vision for their earstack is realised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Inspire the customer with styling advice, demonstratingdifferent stack options and jewellery choices
  • You will thrive in owning the full experience from themoment customers enter the store
  • Nurture anddevelop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personalconnection with new and existing customers
  • Strong presence on the shop floor, actively sharing yourexpertise
  • The ability to be adaptable andgenuine in more sensitive / sentimental appointments
  • Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene &cleanliness of your studio, as well as managing piercing suppliesfor your store

  • This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5years experience in a studio looking for that next step in theirjourney

  • You're always looking for a better way to do things andare naturally curious in everything you do and every conversationyou have
  • Strong problem-solving abilities,with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively tochange
