Full Job Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepares business unit credit reporting, planning, and forecasting, analyses credit exposures.
- Performs credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts, mitigating risk to the business
- Develops an understanding of trade finance and credit management to support the business, participates in working capital initiatives to drive corporate metrics
- Ensures credit activities are in line with corporate credit policies and are Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) compliant.
- Active involvement and business partner support, prepares metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting, as well as ad hoc credit analysis and reports to the business unit.
- Represent the function when required to do so either with other parts of the organization or at various functions or events. support for the scoping and completion of improvement projects (including 6 Sigma framework).
To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Studying towards a degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or Business discipline.
- Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges, great attention to detail.
- Strong team-working skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel skills
