Full Job Description

Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Planned Investment Coordinator We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced individual for the role of Investment Coordinator in our Property Services Team. The team is responsible for delivering our planned investment works, and ensuring our properties meet Decent Homes Standard., You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating planned investment programmes that will enable Karbon Homes to meet its business objectives. This includes coordination of a range of processes and procedures across the service area, including maintaining a range of documentation, delivery programmes and contract management actions.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues within Property Services, and across the organisation, and will possess excellent communication skills. We seek to develop and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service which is valued by customers.   • Planned Investment Coordinator- permanent role
  • Salary is £29,839 per annum
  • £617 flexible pot (which can be used for salary top-up or to purchase a range of benefits).
  • Location: Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley office
  • Casual travel will be required
  • 37 Hours per week.
