We're looking for a Planner to come and play a key role in the construction of a 150MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Wilton International, Teesside. The project - set to be Europe's largest battery energy storage system - will contribute significantly to the UK's grid resiliency and net zero targets. The role of a planner includes: - Ensuring projects are programmed in P6 / MSP to the necessary level of detail for operational teams to deliver and ensuring contract compliance. - Developing detailed project plans and continuously
monitoring project progress, updating schedules and generating performance reports. - Lead the Plan for Stage process including development of delivery plans and understand constraints and sequences and look ahead meeting/process to ensure it is robust and consistently applied across all projects - Production of required project reports including identification of project risks and opportunities - Working closely with project managers, engineers and other team members to gather necessary information to build programmes from scratch, facilitating planning sessions to produce detailed, logical plans - Reporting key project milestones and supporting the team in effective, on-time delivery while identifying opportunities for programme improvement.

Two years' experience preferred - Competency in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and an interest in 4D planning - Understand electrical and civil engineering principles and practices - Have excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills - A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
