As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week. What you will be doing: You will ensure the 4 Weekly Planning Process is adhered to, Load vs. Capacity is balanced and understood by the Plant team, in addition you will:
- Ensure Delivery plans are maintained for the medium term in SAP, identifying future risks and mitigation actions.
- Governance of ERP Compliance and Inventory Planning / Forecasting.
- Planning changes to parts (e.g. Production Introduction and Transfers) in line with Project plans such that appropriate Customer protection is in place.
- Provide the business with changes to Customer and Financial metrics through simulated scenarios for a group of parts in line with Planning Models and toolsets.
- Supporting SORB response and Business Reviews Meetings.

- Experience of working in an operational manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- An understanding of load and capacity planning.
- Experience of Production scheduling, WIP management and Inventory control.
- Understanding of Product Introduction processes and their interaction with Manufacturing.
