As a Planner, you will oversee the planning of various projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Master Production Schedule and Material Requirements Planning, managing resource capacity, routing work orders, and collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Team. You will also contribute to process efficiency by implementing Engineering Change Requests and managing bill of materials.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Planner within a manufacturing environment. You should have a solid understanding of resource planning and workflow management. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will need to handle changes in projects seamlessly. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a friendly and supportive team are also critical.
