Planner / Senior Planner - Cardiff or Exeter

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects that span across Commercial Development, Education/Schools, Heritage, Mixed-Use Developments and Strategic Development. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and develop your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Experience: At least 2 years in planning, either in the private or public sector.
• Qualifications: Ideally, you're on your pathway to chartership with the MRTPI (or already chartered). The client is happy to provide support to help you achieve this milestone.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and analytical abilities, with a passion for delivering excellent results for clients.
