Planner / Senior Planner - London

We are seeking a Planner or Senior Planner to join a leading consultancy in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Town Planning professional with 5+ years of experience and/or Chartered Membership of the RTPI to advance their career in a dynamic team.,

• Manage and deliver a variety of planning projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with changes in planning policy and legislation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet business and client objectives.
  
  Minimum of 5 years' experience in Town Planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority.
• Chartered Member of the RTPI, or working towards it.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
