Full Job Description

In the role of Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • The role will act as the first line planning and co-ordinating contact for hauliers and external contractors to ensure the effective planning of shipping of products from mortar plants.
  • To act as product hub ensuring a customer first focus whilst optimising profitability and maintaining key systems to achieve this. The role will support local plant management, Commercial teams & the logistics function to focus on operational and commercial excellence in delivering profitable material solutions to the customer
  • Ensuring a customer first focus whilst optimising profitability and maintaining key systems to achieve this.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience in planning haulage / production / plant outage schedules
  • Experience in dealing directly with customers Experience working with Microsoft package
