Full Job Description

Our aim is to nurture creative and dynamic property consultants. You will work closely with other members of the team and will be responsible for a range of tasks from monitoring planning applications, undertaking planning appraisals, assisting with planning appeals and a range of exciting projects. At the same time, you'll be studying for your APC and will have the support of an assigned mentor and your pastoral group.

We recognise that you don't have to achieve a degree in real estate to become a successful Assistant Planning Consultant. Candidates from any degree disciplines are welcome to apply.

The Planning & Development route to attain an MSc if eligible, which is a great option for non-cognates. You would be able to join a Graduate scheme and receive workplace training and development alongside completing your APC with the result that you qualify for RTPI. As an Apprenticeship-levy paying employer, this would be of no cost to you.

Your progression will be supported and guided by managers and mentors using a transparent framework so you can clearly see what you need to do to get to where you want to be., The Firm's core hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and you may choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g. 8.00 am - 4.30pm, 10.00 am - 6.30 pm). This position also involves out of hours working on an 'as necessary' basis.

  • Studying a Batchelors or Masters degree (any discipline)
