Full Job Description

  • Working with the Planning and Integration Lead to drive the Integrated Business Plan through every step of a pre-sales process in line with agreed mobilisation quarters
  • Set, monitor and update the forecasting model for pre-mobilised projects in line with feedback from a number of key stakeholders
  • Provide monthly reports on progress against pre-mobilisation targets and forecasts
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to help prepare pre project requirements for our external service provider, taking a proactive approach to ensure we are driving the pre sales mobilisation to schedule
  • Organise, facilitate and manage the presentation of pre project material to our external provider and internal stakeholder teams
  • Supporting creation and submission of financial applications as part of project mobilisation process
  • Driving momentum on pipeline of pre-mobilised projects, recognising where priorities may change and coordinating/chasing actions where required for urgent/emergent needs

    Have experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with teams, internal, and external stakeholders
  • You will need to have strong presentation skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed) time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, including being able to build and develop complex reports and maintaining macros
  • Desirable:
  • A Level or HND in computer science or equivalent experience
  • APM or Prince 2 qualification in Project Management
