Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the Aviva team, acting as a trusted partner to the client and helping to shape their brand strategy across insurance, savings, investment, and retirement products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering media strategies that align with client objectives and market dynamics.
• Managing cross-channel campaigns across brand, consideration, and performance marketing.
• Fostering strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of client service.
• Leading and mentoring direct reports, supporting their growth and success.
• Ensuring operational excellence and quality control across all team outputs, including briefs, reporting, and post-campaign analyses.
• Identifying proactive media opportunities and presenting innovative, game-changing ideas to the client.
