Track the operational performance, understand deviations and root causes to create actions and improvement opportunities

Communicate responsibilities, objectives and KPI's to the team and ensure they are trained and prepared to meet their targets

Building great relationships as first point of contact for the customer whilst maintaining strong relations with the transport and warehouse departments

Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operation

To support the implementation of new business and customers, ensuring process, training and staffing levels are in place prior to go live

Planning management and transport office experience is essential

A great communicator - with the ability to present to stakeholders of various levels

Strong UK geographical knowledge
