The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., Support the strategic planning of the Trust, working within a team of Planning and Performance Business Partners (BPs) within the Strategy, Planning and Performance Directorate.
The focus for the post holder spans several high-profile areas, including the development and delivery of the Trust's Integrated Medium-Term Plan (IMTP), 6 Goals planning and response to Ministerial Priorities., Support various needs, including coordinating reports, papers, and meetings.
The post holder will be expected to provide business support related to both internal and external planning within the organisation and engage with Health Board partners to prepare for key external strategic service changes.
Support key strategic projects and performance-related activities, offering high-quality business support, analysis, and administrative tasks to assist the Planning & Performance Business partner portfolios.
Furthermore, the post holder will contribute to other areas of the organisation by implementing policy practices on projects and programs, ensuring that work streams comply with legislation and align with local guidance.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
