Full Job Description

  • Owning the monthly Planning rhythm, working with peers to present and gain agreement to monthly outlooks and planning decisions from Operational stakeholders
  • Identifying with stakeholders the bespoke requirements for each area, gaining sign off and working with the Workforce Planning peer group to deliver requirements within designated timelines
  • Working closely with operational stakeholders, ensuring accurate and relevant data and insights are used to showcase and understand contact centre performance
  • Using trended data to help identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement that will move the dial on a permanent basis
  • Co-ordinating feedback loops to enable adjustments to Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling and Realtime delivery plans based on data
  • Analysing daily performance KPI's to understand and articulate actual performance compared to planned performance of all contact centre areas, and make necessary recommendations around where performance could be optimised

    Proven leadership of Workforce Planning areas with a strong knowledge of telephony platforms (CX One, Avaya, Genesys etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication skills, with the ability to present back to senior leadership
  • Excellent analytical ability, able to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights

    Locations: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid) though we can be flexible on how often you're in the office
