Manage staff on a day to day basis in the yard department
Liaise with our operational sites across the UK in relation to their plant and equipment requirements.
Coordinate the repair and deployment of unit and general plant and maintain close links with both resource and operational / sites.
Control all transport collections and deliveries to site.
Plan yard crew work. Including lifting operations.
Ensure that Bentley management systems are constantly updated.
Monitor the repair and maintenance of general plant.
Maintain and update the resource planning sheet.

Previous Piling rig and general foundation plant knowledge.
Ability to develop customer relationships internally and externally
Experience of managing a team including dealing with capability issues, investigations, disciplinary sanctions and personal development reviews.
Experience of conducting management meetings.
