If so, we have just the opportunity for you to join our developing Tech team as a Platform Lead at CQC.
As the Platform Lead (Automation & AI), your role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective deployment and support of Automation and AI solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role you will;
+ Ensure the effective deployment and support of Automation and AI solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
+ Contribute to the evolution of our technology landscape by staying informed of industry trends and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver cutting-edge services.
+ Ensure the delivery of outstanding services across CQC including managing relationships with customers, vendors and key partners to guarantee the successful implementation of Automation and AI solutions.
+ Collaborate and communicate, working closely with cross functional teams stakeholders and technology experts.
+ Identify opportunities for leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to align tech solutions with business objectives.

+ Strong project management capabilities.
+ Ability to identify and implement AI and Automation solutions that enhance business processes.
+ Knowledge of IT service management principles, preferably with an understanding of ITIL frameworks.
+ Excellent collaboration skills.
