Full Job Description

We are looking for a Player Protection Monitoring Quality Assurance Officer to join our team here at Buzz Bingo. Working remotely with the occasional visit to our Nottingham Offices with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.   • Create quality measurements to track improvement in outputs driven from policy & process.
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of Player Protection Team outputs.
  • Execute quality improvement reports/plans for PPT.
  • Develop and execute QA plans to ensure Compliance with the RTS /LCCP and effectiveness of existing compliance controls.
  • Compile and analyse statistical data, create reports to present to the team & business.
  • Identify risk factors and offer recommendations on corrective actions.
  • Interpret and keep abreast of regulatory requirements and developments.
  • Analyse trends and enable the business to identify systemic issues.
  • Communicate findings, trends and remediations to a range of key stakeholders through regular reporting requirements.
  • Acting as a catalyst to drive change and improvement in performance and quality for PPT.

    Experience in establishing / driving a quality assurance programmes.
  • Recent knowledge of the gambling sector
  • Strong practical understanding of license obligations regarding the Act 2005, POCA, TACT, LCCP and RTS
  • Knowledge and understanding of the three lines of defence model.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes
  • Desirable:
  • ICA Certificate or similar certification in compliance or quality assurance
  • ICA in AML Betting & Gaming
