Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit for the position of Player Relations Host at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site. This position reports to the Head of Player Relations Management. Player Relations Hosts are the front-line communication. They are responsible for building relationships with our important customers. Suitable for ambitious individuals who strive for success. Player Relations Host will also support hosting, planning, and executing events regularly. It is important for Player Relation Host to coordinate the communication between customers and casino, including operation, compliance, and marketing. We are expecting successful candidate to provide high standards service and a safe and enjoyable environment at our venue. This position offers opportunities to build your career in Guest Services and Player Relations Management in the future. Further skills will be developed on the job. Company will provide support and ensure you have all the opportunities to achieve success. The Player Relations Host is responsible:

  • Reports to the Head of Player Relations Management.
  • Ensure guests receive an enhanced level of service throughout Casino.
  • Develop relationships with guests and become first point of contact when they visit the premises.
  • Identify potential players through observation and consultation on the floor.
  • Support and host events to ensure guests have an enjoyable visit.
  • Proactively approach guests in need.
  • Ensure the Player Relations Management team is well- informed in special situations.
  • Being able to articulate and/or define the signs of gambling-related harms.
  • Support Casino Compliance requirements and necessary communication.
  • Develop yourself in relevant skills for Player Relations Management.

  • Knowledge of the standard UK regulatory environment related to gambling and entertainment facilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance such as KYC and EDD related.
  • Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.
