Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a plumber within our friendly Estates department. The role is vital to enhance the service provision in the estates team. You will be working with the Maintenance Manager for the delivery of Plumbing Services PPM and reactive maintenance, completing fault diagnosis, identifying issues, ordering spare parts and remedial works.
The role will also support the Key functions of the Estates department including: Capital Projects, Sustainability, Compliance & Facilities and the Estates Helpdesk providing advice and reviewing proposals., This is a key role within the Estates department that will interface with a number of teams and departments across the organisation and will be focused on building Estates excellence, delivering excellent service supporting the aims and objectives of the Estates department as a whole.

You should be educated to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or alternatively have extensive knowledge. You should hold significant experience within a fast-paced environment working with PPM schedules & reactive maintenance, using CAFM systems to manage load., Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
People working with government assets must complete baseline personnel security standard (opens in new window) checks.
