Full Job Description

As a Plumber for Eastlight, your work will focus on tasks such as major and minor plumbing installations and associated work such as wall tiling, plastering repair works, tank stands, bath panels and frames, floorboard repairs, boxing in pipe work, shelving, sealants, etc.,

  • Support maintenance and repair work within our customers' homes, always displaying respect and integrity.
  • Apply your understanding of plumbing to include fault finding, planned preventative maintenance, installation & projects within the responsive works environment.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, and all other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with our customers keeping them regularly updated on works and timescales.
  • Installing and repairing water systems in residential properties.
  • Completion of reports on domestic installations, and risk assessments.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, safe working practices and COSHH assessments.

    Clean UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equal demonstrable experience
  • Proven experience in the Plumbing trade, Disability Confident

  • £34,302 annual base salary
  • Full time, Permanent Contract
  • Power tools provided + £75 annually towards your hand tools
  • Company van & mileage provided
  • 30 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employees contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
