Full Job Description
- Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine
- Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services
- Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently
- Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists
Own tools and PPE - Ability to interact at all levels
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Computer literate
- Driving license (Manual)
- Work to deadlines and may be required at any London site
